Preparing for heart and vascular surgery
Your surgeon will talk with you and, if appropriate, family members about the surgery, answering questions and informing you of the benefits and risks of the procedure. If appropriate, you will be given information you need to prepare for surgery, and you will also have the information you need to understand your recovery. Each of our specialists understands that surgery can be a stressful experience; in addition to offering expertise, they treat each patient with compassion and care.
