Client Services

Client Services is the outreach department of Augusta Health Laboratories. It provides physicians in the Staunton/Waynesboro/Augusta County areas with full-service, high-quality patient care. Approximately 90% of all test results are reported within 12-24 hours of receipt through the efficient use of automated equipment and computers. Consistent and scheduled courier service is maintained on a daily basis and largely contributes to the rapid reporting time.

Because test result accuracy depends upon proven methods and techniques involving specimen collections, it is recommended to use supplies provided by Client Services at no charge, to insure the stability of the specimen in transit.
