We are an 8-bed rehabilitation unit providing comprehensive medical rehabilitation for individuals who have experienced a stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, multiple trauma, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, other neurological or neuromuscular disorders, and complex orthopedic injuries. Our commitment is to help patients regain function and independence for daily living. Our focus is on personalized care with goals of recovery related to walking, talking, eating, and thinking. Our program is designed to improve self-esteem, relieve stress, and increase mobility. Our staff members offer expertise, support, and motivation for the recovery experience.

Close supervision by a Physician specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation (at least 3 face-to-face visits each week focusing on your medical and functional needs during the recovery process)
Neuropsychology & Cognitive Therapy to help understand how brain injury or illness impacts your daily life in relation to thought processes, social interactions, and emotional well-being.
We provide rehabilitative services related to your care goals, such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, recreational therapy, and respiratory therapy. Patients in inpatient rehabilitation are expected to participate in three (3) hours of therapy, five (5) days per week to help regain function and independence.
Rehabilitative nursing care is provided 24 hours a day and you will have a private room to accommodate your personal needs.
