Current Vaccination Dose Count at Augusta Health:
- Total doses given at Augusta Health Vaccination Clinics: 118,630

Current COVID Situation
The CDC has lowered our community COVID-19 level to medium. This means:
- If you are at high risk for severe illness or complications, you should talk to your healthcare provider about whether you should wear a mask or take other precautions;
- Get a COVID-19 test if you have symptoms;
- Stay current on vaccinations;
- Wash your hands and socially distance.
Masking is required within all Augusta Health facilities. New Visitation Policy restrictions were effective May 23, 2022 at 8:00 am and are still in effect. They are available at: https://www.augustahealth.com/patients-visitors/visitor-resources/visiting-information/
COVID census at Augusta Health is stable. Our current inpatient COVID-19 census is nine, with no deaths over the past week. In the 24 hours preceding 9:00 am on Monday, June 13, 17 new positive cases of COVID were diagnosed at Augusta Health testing sites. There were 20 positive cases on Sunday’s report and 20 positive cases on Saturday’s report. COVID testing is available at any Augusta Health Urgent Care Center.
Vaccination Eligibility

Please bring your COVID Vaccination Record Card to the booster appointment.

We are now offering vaccinations, including boosters, for those age 5 to 11.

Vaccinations in Primary Care Offices
Vaccinations for COVID-19 continue in Augusta Medical Group primary care offices. Patients who prefer to receive a vaccination or booster from their personal physician should contact their doctor’s office to be scheduled into the next available vaccination appointment block.
Community-Based Clinics
Augusta Health will provide community-based clinics at Bridgewater College on Thursday, June 16 from 10 am until 12 noon; at Embrace/Latinx on Thursday, June 16 from 4 pm until 8 pm; at Gypsy Hill House on Tuesday, June 28 from 9 am until 11:30 am; and at Plaza Apartments on Wednesday, June 29 from 11 am until 1 on,

- Friday, June 24: Pfizer and Moderna Clinics from 9 am to 12 noon for those age 12 and older.

Vaccination Call Center
Not everyone has access to the internet. Others just have questions. For assistance, call Augusta Health’s Vaccination Call Center at 540.332.5122. The Call Center is staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm to answer questions and help to schedule vaccination appointments.
